Program Overview
Dear Friend,
I know you already know it, lack of exercise, eating poorly, not getting enough sleep and too much worry is bad for your health. Well, did you know that when surveyed over 70% of people know if they get the right amount of exercise, eat a healthy diet, get quality sleep and manage their moods that they will improve their quality of life and decrease their risk of disease? Yet over 50% of the population doesn’t achieve enough physical activity, over 80% don’t eat sufficient fruit and veggies for a health benefit and 1 in 5 of us will suffer mental health troubles such as stress, anxiety or depression. Just because we know these things and not doing them means we’re obviously finding it difficult to carry out the behaviours required for enhanced wellbeing.
Therefore, commonsense doesn’t always equal common practice. The AlphaOne® Lifestyle Improvement Program has been developed for this reason, if you honesty want to improve your quality of life and achieve your health and wellbeing goals, hit the register button below and complete the lifestyle improvement questionnaire, receive your Code of Fitness®, and find out how your traveling today, the questionnaire and report is free and it’s valued at over $20.
If you want what you know to be common sense to also be common practice continue on and register for your lifestyle improvement program.
The AlphaOne® Lifestyle Improvement Program will run for 52 weeks
Why? Lifestyle changes need to be for a lifetime so we believe that anything shorter will end up being a quick fix.
This wouldn't allow you time to implement the strategies required for a healthy lifetime. This program is also a world first. The program is completely interactive, providing you with tools to constantly assess your level of risk, how you are travelling with your steps to success, and will provide you with specific feedback and targeted information based on your progress and where you want go for your health, fitness and lifestyle. What's more the program progresses as you do. The program won't continue unless you feel ready to.

Overview of the Program
The AlphaOne® Lifestyle Improvement Program will run for 52 weeks. Those 52 weeks are broken up into 4 stages. Here is an outline of the program.
Stage 1 is about finding your feet, understanding what areas you may need to focus on and getting some simple actions in place to help you begin to see early results. This is important for your motivation. Stage 1 goes for 3 weeks and you will receive a weekly email.
Stage 2 is all about giving you the tools to manage your health for a lifetime. Stage 2 goes for 15 weeks and you will receive 8 emails (every 2-3 weeks).
Stage 3 is all about action and maintenance. In other words the goal is to consolidate the changes you have made and keep the ball rolling in terms of the areas that still need attention. We will be there for 'when the going gets tough'. Again the program is working on the principle of helping you manage your health for a lifetime. Stage 3 goes for 8 weeks and you will receive 3 emails.
Stage 4 is the thing that sets the program apart from all others. Six months is a long time. The program wouldn't be specific to you if it wasn't able to adjust and change in line with the changes you make (positive and negative) in terms of your health. The last six months of the program will be determined on how things go in the first six months of the program. It will be based on the risk factors you have in six months time and the areas you feel you need to work on. What ever it is you can be sure it will be specific to you, dynamic and help you to continue to improve your lifestyle and improve your quality of life.
Flexible participation
You're in control: As we said earlier you are in control of how you progress through the program. If you feel your not ready to progress from stage 1 onto stage 2 that's fine. If that's the case you will have the option of re-doing the earlier program components until you're ready to move on.
Interactive and educative:
Each stage will provide you with a combination of education and guidance on specific topics relative to your health, fitness and lifestyle. There will be actions for you to implement each week around physical activity, nutrition, goal setting and planning, and mental health. You will also be asked to complete regular online health checks and assessments specific to the topics we will be talking about in order for you to track how you are travelling and fine tune your plan. Remember all of the components within the program are free and entirely confidential!
